USER GUIDE

🚀 Getting Started

Sign Up

1. Open SuperSwap and tap "Request Access"
2. Enter your Invite Code (get one from an existing member)
3. Fill in your Email, Display Name, and create a Password
4. Tap "Submit Access Request"
5. Wait for admin approval — you'll see a pending screen until approved

Sign In

1. Enter your Email and Password
2. Tap "Sign In"
3. First time? You'll see a quick 3-step tutorial walkthrough

Forgot Password

1. On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password?"
2. Enter your email and tap "Send Reset Link"
3. Check your email for the reset link

📱 Navigation

SuperSwap has 5 tabs at the bottom of the screen:

Tab	What it does
Board	Browse all flight swap listings
Calendar	View listings by date on a monthly calendar
Sim	Browse and post simulator session swaps
Reserve	Browse and post reserve month swaps
Requests	View incoming and sent swap requests

✈️ Board Tab

The Board is your main feed of available flight swaps.

Browsing Listings

• Scroll through flight swap listings from others in your role and fleet
• Each card shows: flight number, route, date, fleet, and status
• Tap any listing to see full details
• Use sort options: Newest, Soonest, Expiring, By Fleet
• Use status filters: All, New, Active, Expiring Soon
• Use the search bar to find specific flights or routes
• Tap "Load More" at the bottom to load additional listings

Posting a Flight Swap

1. Tap "+ Post Swap" in the header
2. Enter flight details:
   • Flight number (auto-lookup finds the route)
   • Origin and destination
   • Date, fleet, and role
   • Swap preferences (any, specific region, exclusions)
   • Whether you have standby before the flight
   • Optional notes
3. Review and tap "Post Listing"

Proposing a Swap

1. Tap on someone else's listing to open details
2. Tap "Propose a Swap"
3. Choose your offer:
   • My Flights — pick from your posted listings
   • My Sims — offer a sim session instead
   • Manual — enter flight details manually
4. Review the side-by-side comparison
5. Add an optional message
6. Tap "Send Swap Request"

Managing Your Listings

• Tap your display name in the header to open the menu
• Tap "My Listings" to see all your posted swaps
• From there you can:
  • Mark as Complete — removes the listing when the swap is done
  • Delete — permanently removes the listing

📅 Calendar Tab

A monthly calendar view of all available listings.

Using the Calendar

• Tap the arrows to navigate between months
• Days with listings show colored dots (by fleet) and a count badge
• Tap any day to open the bottom sheet with that day's listings
• The calendar stays fixed while you browse — no scrolling past it

Bottom Sheet

• Shows all flight swaps and sim sessions for the selected day
• Tap the red handle at the top to expand to full screen
• Tap X to close the sheet
• Tap any listing to view its full details

Monthly Summary

When no day is selected, you'll see:

• Quick stats: total flights, sims, and active days this month
• Upcoming This Month: next dates with listings — tap to jump to that day

🖥️ Sim Tab

Browse and manage simulator session swaps.

Browsing Sim Sessions

• View available sim sessions filtered by your role and fleet
• Each card shows: sim type (LOS, OPC, PC, CMD, TYPE), date, time slot, fleet
• Tap any session for full details

Posting a Sim Session

1. Tap "+ Post Sim"
2. Enter sim type, date, time slot, fleet, sim center, and optional notes
3. Tap "Post Sim Session"

Proposing a Sim Swap

1. Tap on someone else's sim session
2. Tap "Propose Swap"
3. Choose to offer one of your flights or sim sessions
4. Review the comparison and send

📋 Reserve Tab

Post and browse reserve month swaps.

Browsing Reserve Listings

• View reserve months posted by others in your role and fleet
• Each card shows: month, start date, fleet, and preferred swap months

Posting a Reserve Month

1. Tap "+ Post Reserve"
2. Enter reserve month, year, start date, fleet, preferred swap months, and optional notes
3. Tap "Post Reserve Listing"

Proposing a Reserve Swap

1. Tap on someone else's reserve listing
2. Tap "Propose Swap"
3. Select one of your reserve months to offer
4. Review the comparison and send

🔔 Requests Tab

Manage all your swap requests — incoming and sent.

Incoming Requests

• Requests from others who want to swap with your listings
• Tap to expand and see the full comparison
• Accept — reveals the other person's ID so you can coordinate
• Decline — removes the request

Sent Requests

• Requests you've sent to others
• Track their status (Pending, Accepted, Declined)
• Cancel Request — withdraws your request

Request Types

Each request card shows a badge indicating the type:

• Flight swaps (default)
• Sim Swap — sim session exchange
• Reserve Swap — reserve month exchange

⚙️ Profile & Settings

Tap your display name in the header to access:

Option	What it does
My Profile	View and edit your profile details
My Listings	See all your posted swaps across flights, sims, and reserves
Change Password	Update your password
Report an Issue	Send a bug report or feedback
Delete Account	Permanently delete your account and all data
Sign Out	Log out of the app

🔒 Privacy & Security

💡 Tips

• Post early — Listings with more time before expiry get more visibility
• Add notes — Help others understand your preferences and flexibility
• Check requests regularly — The Requests tab shows a red badge when you have unread incoming requests
• Use the calendar — Quickly find swaps for specific dates instead of scrolling the board
• Pull to refresh — Tap "Tap to refresh" at the top to get the latest listings
